What is Velobites?
Velobites is a digital ordering and sales channel for restaurants. Guests order by QR code at the table, for pickup or for delivery; the restaurant keeps its brand, guest relationship and control over offers and pricing.
How do guests order from a restaurant?
Guests open the restaurant page or scan the QR code at the table. They then choose dishes, drinks and extras from the digital menu. Depending on the restaurant, table ordering, pickup and delivery can be available.
What does Velobites cost for restaurants?
There is no setup fee and no monthly base fee for restaurants. During the start phase, Velobites charges 4% commission on app orders; from 500 app orders or EUR 10,000 app revenue, the rate is 6%. Plus a 39-cent minimum fee per completed payment (online checkout or cash at the counter; once per payment, not per order when settled together).
